Yes Mr. President as we say Mr. Doxerie reporting that the banner will be delivered in the new week. Secondly the refreshments, as I was saying we are waiting word from the Ministry regarding the budget witch we ask them for $6932.00, We had approach them for a contribution then they come back to us saying they want a detail of the budget. And the only thing  we could found really that  we could have ask for assistance on was the AGM ……….so I did send that for them didn't get a respond  and we are awaiting the Ministry.

Mr. Harris I must tell u I"m not comfortable with this, my position is let us just remove refreshment from the list, cause I can’t see the ministry giving us any kind of support

Mr. president I beg to .from u little bit I’m not saying we should not go forward with it, we well get refreshments somewhere but we can’t just remove refreshments.

It’s what we can afford , well let’s see where we can go. We are not giving up on them what I’m saying is if they don’t come what do we do, we have to try something.

U talking about a plain b so there for we maintain the refreshments but have a plain b for financing it.  I think we should not only think of a plain b but a plain c..50%.

It’s a lot about 20 of us should have been here this afternoon.

Mr. president could u announce  to Mr Doxerie our AGM have not produce more than fifty people in the last  couple years.

But the other thing
Mr. doxerie I’m worried cause we are inviting people to come to speak  to the small business sector .We have 2 people coming into speak, now we have to find ways and means to bring people in.

What we should try to do now is apart from the people we invite let’s try to look into other people. That’s right we have other avenue that we could tackle for example the venders associations. They are members of this association through….. He is member individually we always ask him to form a group member. But for this purpose lets fill the place I would like to see 100 in here, some of them will come but not all cause they thought it would be to late to get back.

But can we speak to Ras and his crew. Yesterday I meet Sherman Samuel, I have ask him to come here he have given me some detail, so I can contact him and have his group so maybe we can invite those groups to come and give Mr. George the responsibility to contact ras ……….
